About the Site

The site is part of Energy Central, a unique partnership between Advance Northumberland, the Port of Blyth, Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) Catapult and Northumberland County Council. This partnership is underpinned by access to a readymade skills base, a highly connected location and an established offshore energy and fabrication cluster to support your operations at Energy Central.

Companies can also access low carbon energy via Energy Central’s substantial renewable energy sources, enabling them to support the decarbonisation of the supply chain.

There are various sizes of land avaliable in this development opportunity t accommodate a range of potential end users.

Office space is also available in the adjacent Blyth Workspace for companies looking to combine dedicated manufacturing facilities with administration, design and consultancy space.

“Since relocating our base to the Port of Blyth in 2015, we have repeatedly benefitted from the excellent supply chain on offer on site and locally. The port has been instrumental in developing this to ensure that our projects and our end products are ably supported by safe, high quality suppliers.”
