In a landmark deal, Northumberland is enabling the potential development of a ‘Hyperscale Datacentre Campus'. The Data Centre campus, expected to cover a 300-acre site at the Northumberland Energy Park (NEP3) site in Cambois, will house cutting-edge infrastructure dedicated to supporting AI and machine learning workloads. This initiative for Northumberland's Data Centre Campus is set to create thousands of high-skilled jobs and attract leading tech companies and startups to the region, fostering innovation and economic growth.
